Customer Testimonials

"I would highly recommend contacting Mevyn to assist with blackberry eradication. Mevyn had great communication, showing up promptly to quote on time. Explained what would happen including delivery of 6 mtr skip and when to use the supplied sprayer and poison.
A few days later the skip and two workers were here and in about 6 hours the huge task on our acre property was complete.
I was shocked how quickly they got it all done. They were friendly and polite and happy to walk around with me to ensure all BBs were found and removed before signing off."

"Mevyn and his team did a great job for us. They did the three things I appreciate most:
(1) they showed up when they said they would
(2) they did an excellent job
(3) they stayed in communication the whole time with every step of the process.
I would highly recommend their services."

On the day he was on schedule with his team and gear. Not only is the blackberry gone, he transformed the land into something great! More than I expected.

Would recommend Mevyn and team to anyone. Thanks"

Mevyn and his team did a fantastic job removing blackberries from our Kalorama property. Blackberries covered a significant proportion of the acre, and were on all four sides of the house, but the team despatched them thoroughly, and efficiently. We were also impressed by how pleasant and polite they were. I would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you Mevyn, Larry and all the team!

All the best for Christmas and beyond.

"Hi Pages referred us to Blackberry Removal to assist us at a huge blackberry infestation behind the head office and garages of 1300CABS who are one of our clients.

It was 160 feet of complete mystery of intertwined blackberry, in places over 12 feet high. As the worked commenced it revealed huge ducting which made it very difficult to get the blackberry to the skip. Nevertheless the boys persevered and hauled out 11 cubic metres of compressed blackberry and left a tidy finish.

Thank you Blackberry Removals for a job well done."

"I reached out to Blackberry Removal Bayswater after the purchase of a warehouse in Kilsyth. The rear area of the yard, where some storage sheds and shipping containers are located, was completely covered in Blackberries.
After reaching to Mevyn, the owner of Blackberry Removal, we arranged a meeting on-site the same day. Mevyn was very approachable, on-time, and arrived with a can-do attitude, we agreed on a price and agreed on a start date.

True to the agreement, the blackberry removalist arrived on time, and did an amazing job. All Blackberries removed, and site cleaned immaculately, I was very impressed.

If you have an issue with Blackberries, I can’t recommend Mevyn and his team highly enough. Great prices, great service.

Thank you Mevyn and team for the outstanding service."

we know blackberries

Thorns. Thickets. Impenetrable. Infestations.

Thorns. Thickets. Impenetrable. Infestations.

Thorns. Thickets. Impenetrable. Infestations.

We know how difficult & painful blackberries are. Sharp thorns. Four, five, six metre stalks. Choked gardens & native vegetation. Overgrown greenhouses, kennels, sheds. Old machinery, forgotten & overrun. Spreading, wider and wider every year.

Ruining your property. Stealing your land.

We have seen it all (a lot anyway)

We take care of all of it
including other weeds (ivy, vines, bamboo … )

      • wide area infestations on residential properties & agricultural land (broadacre)

      • infestions in constricted spaces between industrial buildings (blocked passageways & emergency exits, inaccessible emergency assembly points).

      • overgrown fence lines (wood, chicken, sheep & barb wire)

      • overgrown cars, tractors & other machinery

      • blackberry infestations concealing all manner of rubbish (e.g. car parts, tyres, motors, building materials [wood, metal sheeting, bricks & cinder blocks, plumbing fixtures & pipes], furniture, styrofoam, tarps, pallets & crates, electronic waste, etc. - collection and disposal of secondary rubbish is negotiable

      • overrun irrigation installations and equipment

      •  individual blackberry plants inter-grown & tangled with native plants & ornamentals (cutting individual stocks and drawing them out)

      • infestations on very steep terrain, requiring specialised equipment (harness, hoists, etc)

      • blackberries along waterways & within riparian zones (including stream edges, marshlands & dams)

      • roof & wall infestations on and over sheds & other structures (greenhouses, chicken coops, garden sheds, water tanks, etc)

      • dead (dried out & brown) blackberry stalks constituing a severe fire hazard (the result of previous spray treatments where blackberry biomass [stalks & leaves] were not removed)
